We had registered with all these three service providers and elaborate the way these so called business lead providers suck money from you and give nothing in returns and also fails in their commitments.
1) CallEzee – We registered with Callezee for leads on trial basis for 3 months on 9/6/2009 by paying Rs. 1324/-. We were promised to get around 3-4 leads per day. We got total of around 8 leads in three months. All the leads were fake leads and could not convert a single lead.
2) DNA Infoline – We had registered with DNA Infoline for 2 years by paying Rs.8090 on 10/11/08. We were getting leads approx – 2-3 per day. (most of them from area where we dont serve).
We were promised and have it in written form that the leads will be provided for 2 years. But the Email leads never came till 20/11/2009. From 13/11/2009 all the leads stopped with out informing us. Hence I spoke with Mrs. Fernandis from DNA customer care unit, she started giving evading answers and wanted me to pay amount to get further leads. Even after telling that the contract period is for 2 years she was not ready to co-operate. This is a clear case of cheating and providing less services that promised. Now SMS have stopped totally from 13/11/2009 and the email leads nearly stopped or rare leads reach us but as late as 22 hours.
Even after making the fact clear to Ms.Fernandis and telling her that I am not interested in speaking with her till the time I start getting services as promised. Still I am getting regular call from Ms.Fernandis harassing me by saying that DNA has already send around 800 leads in last year and is that not enough for you. When told that the contract was time based and not lead based she keeps on persuing me to pay extra money to get calls. More than getting the leads I am now harassed by Ms.Fernandis to pay and renew the contract.
3) Just Dial – Since the business was slack due to present recession and to get fresh leads we registered with justdial on 27/11/2009. Inspite of having bad experiance with above two we registerd with Just Dial because of there name and reputaion in the market. We registered with just dial by paying Rs.11030 for 417 days to get 4 leads per day @ Rs.6/- per lead. When the leads did not start till 8/12/2009 we contacted customer care division and enquired about the same after a long wait I was told that there is some technical error and the leads will start from next day. On 9/12/2009 I was contacted by executive from Customer care division and was told that we can receive leads only if we choose Rs.31/- or more for leads. We rejected this proposal and asked to repay the money back as the promised services were not provided. I got three leads in the evening of these two were fake the third lead was useless to us.
I have received around 10 leads from justdial from 8/12/09 to 11/12/09. Only the first enquiry received on 8/12/09 was genuine and all the enquiries received after that, are either fake, wrong phone numbers, wrong persons. This is reported to Just Dial customer service at 2.00pm on 11/12/09 and I have asked for refund. After request from the customer support executive I am going to try for further 1 week and if the same thing persists I will be forced to take action if money is not refunded.

I am waiting for response from just dial after which I intend to file a cheating case against all the above three companies.

Somebody help me by advising how to get justice from such companies .
