Dear Sir,
Your kind attention is drawn to periodical half page advertisements appearing in the Times of India and other publications by the Country Club offering members family holidays for 30 years, Lifetime Membership and more through its branches in Delhi & NCR.
In January 2011, we both were invited for a presentation in their office at Sahara Mall, Gurgaon (now shifted to another location) and weremade to sign an Agreement towards purchase of Kool Platinum Fractional Condos with Country Club India Ltd; at Wildlife Resort Bandipur making payment of Rs. 2,35,000(rupees two lakh thirty five thousand).
Despite several attempts both verbal and in writing there has been no response from Country Club in fulfilling obligations in the Membership Agreement signed on 31/01/2011.

Attention Mr.Shaukat, DGM
Dear Sir,
In continuation of my last telephonic conversation with you,
on 6th August 2011, we are once again bringing out grievous failures on part of Country Club (India) Ltd; in fulfilling obligations in the Membership Agreement signed on 31st January 2011. We, therefore, intend to get our membership fee refunded and CCIL membership terminated with immediate effect for not fulfilling the agreement as a result of failure on part of CCIL. Some of the extremely important element of this Agreement reads as follows:
1.0. Agreement has been signed on 31st January 2011 towards purchase of Kool Platinum Fractional Condos with Country Club (India) Ltd; at Wldlife Resort Bandipur making payment of Rs. 2, 35,000 ( Rupees Two Lakhs Thirty Five Thousands).
1.1 (Membership No:CC09DELFCPB30L242), refers
Despite several reminders and promises made, we have still not received the OWNERSHIP Certificate.
Copies of related correspondence attached herewith for your ready reference
2.0 As per Agreement signed , summary of deliverables from CCIL are summed up as below:
• FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP
– Kool Platinum Fractional Condos Membership, 500 sqft
(2 Bed) attached to Country Club Wildlife Resort Bandipur.
– Attached to semi-private pool ( 2ft. depth)
– Usage one week Every year for a lifetime
– Ownership Documents – Certificate from the Company
• CLUB MEMBERSHIP
– MEMBERSHIP Cards for primary member, spouse and children under 25 years and Parents of primary member.
• PARENTS OF PRIMARY MEMBER
– Free Moksh Gym for 3 years
– Free Spa Kit including 30 massage treatments.
• HOLIDAY MEMBERSHIP
– 30 years RED 1 BR Exchange option with Dial & Exchange.
3.0 Even though full payment was made to CCIL on 31/01/2011 ( membership log on facilities have not been activated till date ), thereby denying basic entitlement for enjoying holidays within specified locations in India. When we tried to book a holiday in Goa in June 2011, 3 months in advance, there was “NO Vacancy” shown resulting us to book our holiday through some other travel agents.
.
3.1 Other falsely conveyed entitlements though promised were also not fulfilled. As an example; CK27/Kool Luxury Clubs/ Kool Global Parivar Cards have not been dispatched for use of clubbing. We have yet to realize promise made our membership being transferable and saleable.

4.0 Notarized copy of Kool Platinum Fractional Condos Agreement duly authenticated by Country Club (India) Limitedhas not been received so far.
During the SALES TALK made at the time of signing this Agreement, it was assured that all the Legal documents towards purchase of this fractional Condo would be furnished within a fortnights time from the Registered Office in Banglore.
5.0 From the above, it may be seen that CCIL has not fulfilled its obligations as agreed upon in the membership agreement and we feel cheated by CCIL as a result of breach of agreement on their part.
During last oral promise made over phone, it was confirmed by you that measures resolving all outstanding issues are being taken by your Corporate Office in Hyderabad. Till date there is no communication received in this regard.
You are therefore requested to comply with the terms and conditions agreed upon in the subject Agreement and forward a final decision in the matter latest by September 21, 2011.
As the delay is on part of CCIL, total dues of Rupees Two Lakh and Thirty Five Thousand plus interest may please be refunded in respect of above membership immediately.
Thanking you,
Mahendra Sarup.
