I Nagorao G. Rathod had purchased the Maruti Swift Dezire car from your authorized dealer M/S Pagariya Tower , Aurangabad ( Maharashtra ) on 08/10/2013. Since from purchase date , it is observed that air pressure in one tyre No 2913( Good year ) fitted front left side of my car decreases slowly during the running. The telephonic complaint was launched to M/S Pagariya Tower Aurangabad of subjected issue and they are simply suggested to contact to Sales Engineer of Good Year make tyre available at Aurangabad. The issue is immediately discussed with sales engineer of Good year and requested to him to attend and see the position of tyre. He was firstly says that check the pumpture of tyre and then talk to me. After verification of tyre at pumpture shop, it is observed that there was minor damage in one of the inner side of tyre from were tyre pressure decreases. After reparing ,the tyre was again fitted with car and again it is observed that air pressure decreases during running of vehicle. The issue is again discussed with Mr Choudhari ( sales Engineer ) and he had requested to attend and see the condition of tyre . After making continuous follow up with Mr Choudhari , finally he had visited to me on 02/11/2013 at Aurangabad and see the condition of tyre. After checking, it is observed that there is another small damage on tyre at inner side from air pressure seen decrease. He told me that there is no fault of tyre. Iam tried to justify that as it is new tyre and how the damages are possible on inner side of tyre. But he simply says that it is your duty to see the condition of tyre at the time of purchase of car and there is no companies fault at all. How it is possible to check the condition of tyre to purchaser at the time of purchase of new car?. We are trusting on maruti Suzuki and accordingly purchase the above said car.

As the tyre comes with the car is brought out item of your company and only 15 days after purchase of car , It is regretted to note that neither your dealer to look in the matter seriously nor sales engineer of good year tyre satisfied to us. Whether is it maruti Suzuki companies responsibility to see the defects during the guarantee period or nor, please justify. My claim is that above number tyre fitted with my car is defective since to take the car in my possession from showroom. There is no possibility to damage the tyre from inner side. You are therefore requested to look in the matter and replace the one tyre to me at an earliest, otherwise I will free to take my own decision, please. Nagorao G. I have bought my Maruti WagonR lxi on 26-12-2012. Within 6-7 months three of cars tyre got torned and got multiple punctures. I am working women and faced great problem with this. I am not happy with tyre quality. Please change my tyres as early as possible.
