I placed the order on 8th June 2013. Then I realised it is wrong size (as in I ordered size 28 but they sent me size 24). So I requested an exchange or return. They agreed to return and refund. On June 14th a courier guy collected the product. Then for many days the courier people lost the package. I made numerous calls both to fashionandyou and their courier service to trace the package. All this time fashionandyou did nothing. They kept saying they will resolve the matter in 48 or 24 hours. But nothing happened. The last email I received from them was on July 10 when they said they will resolve the issue soon. After this I made numerous phone calls and wrote two three emails. But every time on phone they assure me I will get the refund in 48 hours. They have stopped replying to mail. Today is 25th July and I still haven’t received my refund and have wasted a lot of time and money on phone calls where I have been put on long holds). Kindly help me get my refund of Rs 2098 back.
Ever since then I have been following up with fashionandyou regarding status of the returned product. At first, they said they have not received the parcel. They asked me to provide photos of the wrong size jeans and the courier receipt, both of which I sent. After that they stopped replying to my email. Every time I call them they tell me very politely that they have escalated the issue and someone will contact me within 72 or 48 or 24 hours. Till date noone has called me. Two weeks back they confirmed on phone that they have received the returned jeans and that they will issue the refund in 48 hours. But nothing has happened again. I am really disgusted with their pathetic service. I have been receiving excellent service from myntra, jabong etc. And I was so surprised to discover that fashionandyou is nothing like them. In fact it seems they do it on purpose and are fraud. Kindly get this resolved. Thanks, Divya
