I Have ordered an item from Fashion and You on 13-12-2014 by making a payment on same day.i was assured delivery by 25-12-2014 but after regular follow-ups i was not delivered till 03-01-2014. Customer Care persons Mr.Harjeet Singh, Ms.Jagruti and others did not give the correct info and were only saying that the product will be delivered within 2 days and 2 days.Now 8 days have passed and i have not received the product.

10000 rs as claimm amount as i have to buy an alternate gift.
