Fashionandyou.com – Received defective product

I purchased a clothing product with order no. 3952130 from Fashionandyou.com site and I received a defective product.I informed them and they told me to self return the product by courier and in return they will only refund Rs 100 in terms of store credit and they are not going to refund the total courier amount to me. But the thing is that why should I bear the courier amount for a defective product?So I informed them that I am not going to purchase anything from this site in future so I asked them to refund me the total courier amount which is Rs 263 into my bank account. But they are not refunding me the total courier amount in Rupees. Also they returned me the actual amount of the product (i.e. Rs 1999) after 1 month of returning the product through courier by me. when I called their customer support, they told me that since I have received a defective product so they are going to refund me total courier amount in Rupees. When I mailed the support group about the refund of courier charge they have clearly mentioned that they are not going to refund courier amount. So I am requesting you to kindly investigate the matter and let me know if any details are required. I am attaching mail chains regarding my conversation with fashion and you support team. I want my courier charge i.e Rs 263 from fashion and you. It is their fault as they have provided me defective product.I think for defective product they should refund the total amount (Amount of Product + courier charge) to the customer in order to keep intact their reputation
