FastTrack Watch Stopped Working – Review

Hello, I am Jashna from Kerala. I had purchased a FastTrack watch (Model no: NB9336SL01) ON 13th October 2013 from the FastTrack store at Kozhikode, Mavoor Road. Within one year of purchase the watch stopped working 3 times. Each time we take it to the Fast track store as the warranty is still on, they send it to Titan service centre. The first time they said its due to stoppage. The second they time they told they changed the machine itself. After 2 days of changing the machine, the watch stopped working again. I want to know what is the use of giving to a Titan service centre if your technicians cannot rectify an issue with the company product. I am sure that ordinary watch technicians will give a better solution that the service provided by the Titan service centre. Now the warranty period is over.

Also the guys at the FastTrack centre are least bothered, when we speak to them about this. They totally held blame on the service centre. I had bought this watch only due to the faith in the brand name. I myself have an experience of using a FastTrack watch for four years. This is the reason why I chose FastTrack when I wanted to buy a watch for my father. If this issue will not be addressed, I will never every buy any titan product and also share my bad experience with this product with whomever possible.
