Faulty Airconditioner and Poor Service

This is to complain about the extremely poor service from Samsung India. We lodged our complaint about our airconditioner on friday, June 26, 2009. The call center registered our complaint and allotted the complaint number 8403674713. We were promised that the engineer would visit the following day, June 27, 2009. Since then we have been calling the call center again and again but the engineer has not turned up till date, June 29, 2009.
The escalation calls evoke little response except more unfulfilled promises.

The airconditiponer performance has also been very very poor. In two years we have had to complain four times for poor cooling and stoppages.

Samsung airconditioner has proved to be an inferior product and the after sales service even worse.
