FAULTY INDUCTION COOKER

PRODUCT: INDUCTION COOKER BRAND: ONIX MODEL: OI222 I PURCHASED THE ABOVE PRODUCT AND IT MALFUCTIONED AND I GOT IT REPAIRED SEVERAL TIMES FROM COMPANY. AFTER 3 REPAIRS, I ASKED THE COMPANY TO REPLACE IT. THEY REFUSED TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT. AFTER SOME ARGUMENTS, THE SHOP OWNER GAVE ME A NEW INDUCTION COOKER. THE NEW PRODUCT IS ALSO HAVING SOME PROBLEMS. THERE ARE SOME FALSE LOGOS IN IT. IT IS LABELLED ENERGY SAVING 5 STAR ON THE PRODUCT(2 PLACES). ON ONE SIDE, ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY LABEL IS ALSO PLACED. PROBLEMS: 1. IT TAKES MANY TIME TO BOIL THINGS. APPROX 12 MINS FOR 2 LITRES OF WATER. 2. GIVES OUT BIG SOUND WHEN TURNED ON. 3. CONSUMES MORE ELECTRICITY.

I PURCHASED THE PRODUCT AFTER SEEING ENERGY SAVING 5 STAR LABELLED ON IT. NOW IT TOOK MORE CURRENT AND I GOT HIGH ELECTRICITY BILLS. AFTER OBSERVING, I FOUND THAT THE THE INDUCTION COOKER IS FAULT AND IT CONSUMES MORE CURRENT. ALSO THE SOUND IS ANNOYING.

I LOST MY MONEY PAYING ELECTRICITY BILLS.SO I WANT MY MONEY THAT I SPEND ON BUYING THIS FAULTY INDUCTION COOKER. I WANT A REFUND.
