I had purchased a mobile handset (model -SICT-GC-007) from above mentioned dealer on 17/06/2013. After a couple of weeks ,i found several problems like- overheating, inadequate connectivity,auto call failure ,improper voice clarity,darkness on screen etc. So i visited to authorized service center & they replaced the battery. Again the same problems occurred and i visit service center for 2 times. At last the representative of service center told me that the problems are not possible to fully cured due to manufacturing defect.

Now i want to return my money back or replaced the hand set with another new one.The mobile set still under warranty period.
