Faulty Xperia L Mobile bought on SnapDeal

Hi, I bought a phone from snapdeal, Order ID – 990015022. The phone has issues where it wont play any games properly and screen freezes. This happens only with my phone. I requested snapdeal within 1 day of delivery that my phone has issues and replace it. Logged a complaint as well: ticket #2292490 First they wont even pick the phone and said you send it on your own. Finally after 10 days they picked the phone and after repeated follow ups and calls and messages on twitter they said your phone is fine and sent me the same phone back. The problem is still there and they wont replace or refund my money. Please help me get my phone replaced or money refund.

I spent Rs.18375.00 on this phone and called them multiple times. wasted my time in fighting with them, logged multiple complaints but they are not listening and not ready to refund my money even though they say that they have TRUSTPAY in which if customer reports within 7 days of delivery that there is issue they will refund or replace.

I want my money to be refunded charged from me for this defective product. They are cheaters.
