Hi, there, Respected sir/mam I have booked my parcel (Mobile) worth rate 12000 rupees on 19/09/2014 at 18:38 PM from Agra to Guwahati. My complaint is that Fedex center never tell the price list for current fright charge for economy. I have asked them for Air Freight charge for .5 kg from Agra to Guwahati. They Replied 545 Rs. I have given money and got the receipt as proof. My Complaint they sent my parcel by roadways (Believe me it is biggest cheating and never tell this kind of service to me). My parcel was gift to my sister’s birthday and it is about to reach 29th September (While tracking out by tracking id 805744666572. Please register my complaint against them against the service FedEx World Service Center Nirbhay Nagar, Opp Shiv Bala Hospital Agra, Up 282005 As soon as possible for further case towards next court.

Economically I am facing big trouble like they never provide correct charge for Air Fright in Economy. I want you to take strong action against them and refund my money.
