Hello, I have made an online order in Ferns n Petals and my order number was 701301486. The product ordered was cake, flower and bottle of champagne to be delivered by 9:00pm. I recieved information that champagne is not available so they will deliver Teachers whisky by 8:00pm. Finally they deliver the product by 11:00pm and neither champagne nor Teachers whisky but rather low quality signature whisky. They are not responding to my calls and complaints. I want the money refund or replacement/reimbursement.
