I had purchased Fiat Linea Car from Metro Motors Authorised Dealer FIAT LINEA KARNAL .on 02.05.2014 on the very second day my car broke down due to the battery failure. After hue & cry it was replaced by the agency. Now AFTER 3 days of city ride ie from office to home and vice versa my car is getting fuel economy of 5 km/l. I got the call from the executive Mr SANJAY from call center, that your car has been sold and now for any query please contact the local dealer. He was rude and straightforward in asserting that once the good sold cannot be amended or returned back. Even he proclaimed my non-coperation regarding that .He categorically stated that you have to take the car to showroom for any query.Now the showroom is 30 km from my residence and with 5 km/l with 81 /- per litre I pay the price of buying FIAT LINEA. I need your support to replacement of new car.
