Fiat Punto Car DEaler Service – Review

I bought Punto Evo Emotion 1.4 (Petrol) Gliteratti Gold color from Torque Fiat, Gurgaon on 9th November, 2014. The VIN is MCA11857F07057437GJZ. It is registered under the number HR26CL7937 in the name of Akanksha Johari. Pertaining to this 1. I have yet not received my original remote-enabled keys till date 2. I have not received any extended warranty manual till date I have been facing delays and other lack of cooperation issues (no proactive information sharing in case of delays) from Torque Fiat pertaining to every other item or document related to my car since the date of purchase of the vehicle. Despite contacting them over 50 times (to say the least), I still see no definite answer from them.

I have faced severe mental harassment by their constant deferment and lack of cooperation. I have wasted many many hours in coordinating and getting information out of them. I have invested hundreds of rupees in making them calls and visiting their showroom again and again to get the keys. I want my keys to be given immediately without any further delay. I have been waiting for this for over 4 months
