Fiat Punto Car Servicing – Reviews

Sir, i am working as SDE in BSNL at Himatnagar Gujarat. I had purchase Fiat Punto in octomber-2012 from speedwell motors Rajkot. As per the criteria given for free service in booklet, there are three free services would be offered by Fiat for next two year from the date of purchased. But, it was not happened in my case. As my third service was pending, I went to the authorized dealer from Himatnagar to Ahmedabad on dated 15-05-2014. But, Fiat people had charged me Rs 1124.72/- by giving the excuse that this car had been purchased before 2012 (say 2011). At that time I was totally shocked and requested to fiat people & authority that I had purchased it on oct-2012.But they denied listening me and informed even though I purchased this Car on oct- 2012, my free service was expired due to car manufactured on 2011. Finally I was ready to pay because I wanted to reach my home in time. Sir, I am totally unsatisfied the way by fiat people treated me.

It is my humble request and urged upon for providing a fresh car against 2011 model or i raise a claim about Rs 5,75,000/-(Five Lack Seventy five thousand) against cheating by fiat people & authority.
