First Flight Courier – Loss of article

Dear Sir/Madam, I had made a purchase of woolen clothes worth rs.1600 order no-860 from online shopping website- doveonline.in on 02/01/2014, they dispatched my consignment on 03/01/2014 from ludhiana to patna using first flight courier with consignment no-I00100012454. My consignment was to delivered at the address- YASMIN NAAZ, C/O-AJ GULAB ANSARI, B/68, NEAR COMMUNITY HALL, BISCOMAUN COLONY,(LANDMARK-KUMHRAR) P.O- GULZARBAG, P.S-ALAMGANJ Patna, Bihar- 800007,India,Ph No 9122527623. When i tracked the consignment on first flight website it shown that the consignment was received by their patna office on 08/01/2014 but it is still not delivered to me. I talked many times to the online shopping website owner as well as to the courier company but they are not ready to say anything. I also communicated to them via email but it did not work.

Since the clothes ordered were woolen clothes, they are worth nothing if cold season is passed. I faced so much difficulty without them in the whole season of cold. At the same time since they are not clarifying the issue in the process of tracing my consignment i have come through a great deal of mental agony.

i want my consignment to be delivered to me at the earliest and the compensation for the difficulties and mental agony i have faced.
