I had booked a consignment containing a DVD with Mr Promod Kumar, booking agent of firstflight courier service on 29-11-2013 to delivery to mr JL Das, EF-32 Ashiana garden, Alwar Bye-pass Road, Bhiwadi(Rajasthan) vide consignment no. D991B0144459. It was expected to be delivered latest by 31 nov.The same was not been delivered till today the 5th Dec. on my enquiry the agent mr promod kumar could not give me the status of the consinment. He says we are trying to trace the same. He had also put a complaint on company’s websight. I am surprised that i am not getting any definite answer.
