was supposed to receive the parcel by 7 Jan itself The avadi franchisee has made “door locked” staus without coming to my home i made complaint to the first flight customer care complaint reference number is 2178646 I didn’t received the parcel yet the franchisee told that it is writte “importat” on the parcel, so he has threatened to get the parcel to on my own to their office I again complained, now he is telling that, my home is too long so he cannot deliver, again that franchisee is telling to me get on my own their office if this is the case, why they are running the company?
