The consignment /AWB no.D90400223382 with first flight curier is pending at Surat Station ( 60 km away from my address) since 28th feb.2014. My address for delivery as per my order ( is Vyara location District.Tapi -394650 ) municipal area with Tapi District head quarter . As per website information from first flight curier service website there is service up to Vyara station. But the first flight surat Office (0261 3115332) told me to collect only from SURAT. The denied me to dispatch to Vyara.
