first policy was missold to me and now i’m forced to keep it

HI I’M WRITING THIS TO BRING U’R KIND ATTENTION THAT I WAS MISSOLD A POLICY FROM HDFC STANDARD LIFE AND THE POLICY NO. IS 13160815 AND WHEN I RECEIVED THE CALL FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE POLICY TERM IS 5 YEARS AND THE YEARLY PREMIUM IS 24000/YEAR AND I SAID I CAN’T AFFORD THIS . . AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT AS PER MY CREDIT CARD LIMIT THIS IS THE MINIMUM PREMIUM THEY CAN OFFER ME,,,,,AND THEN THEY SAID THAT YOU NEED NOT TO PAY THIS IN ONE GO WE WILL TAKE 2000/M FOR 5 YEARS FROM U’R CREDIT CARD ACC. AT 0% INTREST AND THERE WON’T BE ANY PROCESSING FEE OR OTHER HIDDEN CHARGES AND AFTER FIVE YEARS I WILL GET APPROXAMIATELY 6 – 7 LAKH . . AND THEY SEND THE EXECUTIVE AND WHEN I GOT MY CARD STATEMENT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED ALL TOGETHER 24000 AND I WAS SHOCKED AND VERY UPSET AS THAT WAS NOT MY BUDGET AND I CALLED THE HDFC STANDARD LIFE AND THEY SAID CONTACT U’R CREDIT CARD DEPT. . .I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID CONTACT HDFC BANK AND AGAIN I WAS TRANSFERRED TO HDFC STANDARD LIFE AND NO ONE WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION AND THEN I LODGED THE COMPLAINS WITH EVERY ONE AND THEN I RECEIVED THE POLICY BOND AND I CAME TO KNOW THAT THE POLICY TERM IS 15 YEARS AND THEN AS MENTIONED IN THE POLICY BOND THAT IF THERE IS ANY SUCH ISSUE FROM THE DATE U RECEIVE THE BOND U CAN CANCEL THE POLICY WITHIN 15 DAYS AND I’M WORKING IN DELHI AND I HAVE GIVEN MY HOME ADDRESS AS THE POSTAL ADDRESS (JAMMU) AND LUCKLY THE POLICY BOND WAS REDIRECTED TO ME AND I SUBMITTED IT ALONG WITH THE LETTER REQUESTING TO CEASE THIS POLICY AND REFUND ALL THE CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD ACC. AND THAT TO AFTER RECEIVIG THE BOND B/W 15 DAYS AND THEN I RECEIVED THE CALL FROM THE DEPT. WHO SOLD ME THE POLICY AND WHEN THEY ASKED ME THAT WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM I EXPLAINED THEM THAT IT WAS NOT IN MONTHLY INSTALLMENT AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL ARRANGE THIS FOR ONE YEAR AND WHEN I SAID FOR THE REMAINING YEARS WHAT SHOULD I DO THEY SAID THAT I HAVE TO PAY BY OTHER MEANS AND THEN JUST OFFERING ME OTHER THINGS WHICH I NEVER AGREED AND AGAIN THEY ASSURED ME THAT THE POLICY PERIOD IS 5 YEARS AND THEN I ASKED THEM NOT TO CLOSE THIS COMPLAIN AND SEND THIS TO ME IN WRITING AND THEN CLOSE THIS COMPLAIN AND THEN I RECEIVED MY CARD STATEMENT AGAIN IN WHICH THEY HAVE CONVERTED THE PREMIUM INTO INSTALLMENTS FOR 1 YEAR AND I HAVE BEEN CHARGED THE PROCESSING FEE. . I WAS SICK AND TIRED OF ALL THIS AND THEN I RECEIVED THE MAIL FROM PAWAN …WHO SEND ME THE INFORMATION , THAT I CAN PAY THE PREMIUM FROM ANY BANK ACC. AND FOR THAT I NEED TO FILL FORM EVERY YEAR AND THAT WAS AGAIN A NEW HASSLE FOR ME AND THE SAME TIME I SEND HIM THE REPLY BACK THAT ON THE STATEMENT AGAIN THERE IS THE PROCESSING FEE SO AS U HAVE LIED WITH ME I DON’T WANT TO CONTINUE WITH THE POLICY AND PLS DON’T CLOSE THIS COMPLAIN AND I WANT THIS POLICY TO BE CLOSED AS THIS IS SIMPLY THE MISSELLING ( AND I HAVE THE PROOF OF THAT MAIL ALSO)AND AFTER FEW DAYS WHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICES ,, MY POLICY WAS NOT STOPPED AND THE COMPLAIN WAS CLOSED AND THEN I GAVE THE COMPLAIN AGAIN IN WRITING AND TWICE I RECEIVED THE CALL FROM REDRESSAL TEAM AND I HAVE EXPLAINED EVERY THING TO THEM AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL CALL ME BACK. . BUT NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK AND THEN THE NEW PROCEDURE STARTS. I USED TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICES OF ALL THE DEPARTMENTS AND MOST OF THE TIME THEY HUNG UP ON ME OR DISCONNECTED THE CALL AND I SPEND LOT OF MY MONEY AND WAISTED MY TIME AND I GOT THE MENTAL TENSION AND NOW I M FORCED TO KEEP THE PRODUCT WHICH WAS MISSOLD TO ME . . AND FINALLY I’M WRITING TO U THE FIRST THING I HAVE GOT ALL THE RECORDS OF ALL THE MAILS WHICH I HAVE SEND TO THEM AND THE WRITTEN LETTER ALSO AND SECONDALY BECAUSE OF THIS I HAVE GOT DISPUTES WITH MY CREDIT CARD ACC. AS THEY R CHARGING ME THE PROCESSING FEE AND THE LATE PAYMENT CHARGES AND OTHER COMPONENTS TOO SO U CAN UNDERSTAND THAT WHAT THEY DID AND WHEN I ‘M WRITING ALL THIS TO THEM THEY R NOT RESPONDING ME .. SO I WANT U TO HELP ME OUT AND I ALSO WANT TO CLAIM THE COMPENSATION FOR ALL THIS HARRASSMENT,HASSLE AND WASTAGE OF TIME AND MONEY AND I FORWARDED THEM THE MAIL TO CHANGE MY MAILING ADDRESS THAT ALSO HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED. . .
