I made an order from firstcry.com. My delivery was estimated for 28th of previous month (May). After the estimated delivery date I tried to contact them via email and they are not responding. When I tracked my order, there was no updates as well. I think they are looting money from customers like this by not delivering the product.
I ordered this for my baby as we are having a family function on 3rd June. Due to the lack of delivery, we lost a huge money as we had do buy all of a sudden. The order I made was of 999 Rs. But I had to buy another product from retail shop for 2500 Rs. Being a regular user of online shopping, this made a huge loss for me.
