I have ordered online at Firstcry.com a few items of baby accessories worth rupees Rs.1330 and paid via PAYBACK redemption point on 24.10.2014. They have said an estimated delivery date 30.10.2014, however i have not received my order till 10.11.2014, therefore i have cancelled my order.I have sent several mails in this regard to their email id and not received any reply.
