Flipcart – Defective Belt and Not taking it back

I ordered a Puma Belt from Flipkart.com and paid for the product on delivery. I found that the belt was defective and according to their Return Policy I was elegible to make a Return Request and so I made it. It has been around a month since then and they have not sent anyone to pick up the Belt. Their middlemen is ignorant and just refuses to come to pick up the item when I call him. Whenever I call their comtumer care they tell me that I am lying and that the Belt has already been picked up.

I want them to give me back my money with compensation for the trouble they have caused
