I purchase vaio Sony VAIO Fit 14E SVF14212SNB on 04 July 2014 (Order OD40704124405) from flipkart and then submitted a return/replacement request as laptop is not working properly. Hanging a lot and touch pad not working . Also I got laptop box with an opened seal. I adjusted thinking retailer must have check the piece before sending. ALSO THEY AHVE MENTIONED WRONG SERIAL NUMBER IN INVOICE. I THINK LAPTOP IS FAKE Now I received a mail stating that WS RETAIL and Flipkart has rejected the request when my laptop is under 30 days replacement gurantee How come seller has rejected my request.who is he to reject when I am facing the problem? Pls let me know what to do. I have spent 27000 and which is waste and these guys are not helping at all,
