hi i have buy online product “Euroline EL001 Sandwich Maker (White)” on flipkart,com. The description of product on the website is like “changeable cooking plates for grilled and toasted sandwiches” but when i was received product that is not changeable plate it fix plate. so that is chit with us. i am always trying to contact with flipkart.com by email and telephone but they always response sovle your qurey within 48 hours but after 15 days there is no solution. i was send 5 times email to coustomer care and 5-6 times by telephonic talk, so do needful help and stop chiting by filpkart with others.
