I had ordered “Moto G” ( only available on flipkart) and received “Wheel Active Soap”. I had raised complaint thru phone, on 15th June 14. no action taken till two days. So started posting this issue on social networking site. Then got response from your cc. I had waited for resolution from flipkart for next couple of days. no action from flipkart... so given this news in ” Indian Express” , on 19th Jun 14. Then got apology mail from flipkart. Also got promise that flipkart will replace the product. Today is 24rd June 2014. Close to 10 days, still issue not resolved.

I had ordered this to gift handset to some special person. There is emotional loss. Also mental stress as I had already paid my hard earned money to these ***. Monetary loss, if I had invested this money for 10 to 15 days I would have got min 7% interest

I want 100% amount of mobile handset along with handset as compensation.
