I have bought Mahi Sparkling Lush Delight Alloy Hoop earings from flipkart, but its color and shine has been gone withinn 10 days. I have requested for replacement, they replaced it but again their color gone within 14 days. when asked to refund my money, they simply refused. I have spen Rs. 999 on this but all seems lost They have replaced product on 19 March, 2014 and I have complained to customer support on 08 April, 2014. After that, i fall ill and can’t find time to file case in consumer forum.
