I had ordered an Apple iPhone 4 on 23 April,2014. the Order no is OD40413014803. The shipment was to be delivered by 23 April,2014. I have already paid the amount and i cant even track the shipment. I mailed them on 23 April,2014 and the rely was “Hi Sriram, Thank you for writing in and notifying us. I’m sorry that the delivery of your order (Order ID – OD40413014803) has been delayed due to an unforeseen transit related issue. I’ve notified First flight couriers regarding this delay and we’ll ensure that you will receive a call back in next 8 business hours. We request your kind understanding in this regard. Regards, Vinay BA Customer Support”. It’s 26 April,2014 and still i have not received any call. Please help me. You are my only hope.
