my flipkart ordere no. is – OD40716092774 purchased a philips portable SPEAKER online and its been delivered to me. but when i connecred it to my tablet its nt getting connected. and than when i connect to other mobiles its volume is less than my mobile speaker. its very bad product. and when i asked them that i want to return the product they said no. is it what they sell and make people fool?

i want that they take the product and give me refund and stop selling this kind of products on websit and not to make people fool
