I purchased computer parts (processor, motherboard, hard-disk, RAM) on their website. processor and motherboard were showing compatible with each other, but actually they are not. After making complaint to flipkart.com to replace these parts, they denied my request by saying that seller 10 days replacement policy is over and they cannot return back. After that I went personally to biggest market of India’s computer hardware, Nehru place, New Delhi with both parts and talked with many sellers by showing both the parts. They said that whatever processor I purchased that is out-dated from last 3 years and for this not any motherboard is available on market, even I searched on internet also. Now the amount of both the parts Rs.10200/ are wasted and there is no use of both parts. This is due to wrong data published on flipkart.com website. I sent email with screen shot taken from flipkart.com as a proof that they are still showing both the parts are compatible with each other. Parts details are- 1. Intel 3.06 GHz LGA1156 Core i3-540 Processor 2. Gigabyte GA-H61M-S1 Motherboard Please help me to solve my problem, I am attaching email conversation happened with flipkart.com with attachment also.

I want refund for Rs. 10200/- for both parts processor and motherboard
