Sir, I am Raghu from Telangana, i brought Xiomi Redmi 2S from Flipkart shopping portal on 31-03-2015 which was delivered on 03-04-2015 by home delivery.But when I was using mobile Phone some black & white shades appearing on the display.Immediately informed to flipkart customer care centre,they informed that our executive officer will call me.still now no one contact with me.aterthat I called to them again they told that my phone is under unreachable area.they neglecting my problem.by 03 of this 30 days rplacemant period also will be completed.so,please take necessary action.
