i ordered a watch of tommy hilfiger from flipkart.com which was delivered to me today only after receiving the watch i found the watch dial very big which can never fit my hands and i immideatly called the cutomer care to get it returned as i can never wear the watch . i paid through my credit a sum of rs 8995/* for the watch but they refused to return the same saying it can only be replaced by the same watch . how can i wear the watch which is not fitting my hands. they claim for 10days refund policy and are acting like this to me . i ahve bought so many things from flipkart and trusted there service so i paid directly for the watch. if the case would have not been genuine i would have ordered for cash on delivery and refused to pay. kindly resolve the same as they are not replying to my mails or calls correctly. they claim for hassle free return policy i have not even used the watch for once and instantly called for return . for selling the products you can’t loot the people .
i just wish to change my watch and get a new watch of same price of any brand i choose (thats what online shopping means i suppose ) or else just return my money i don’t wish to have any relation with flipkart anymore .
