I bought a mobile from flipkart on dec. They assured me that if there is any issue with the mobile I can contact the service center of karbon company but when I went to the service centre they told me that ur IMEI no. Is not available in the system so in deed j cant get my mobile serviced and when I told about this to flipkart they even assured me that you u get a solutn in 24hrs but there was no such solution beng provided and when I informed them back they gave me an excuse that your complaint has been transferred to wrong department and then they just sent me and Invoice of mobile. Which still didn’t helped me to get my mobile repaired so I requst you to take necessary action against this
Either my mobile should b repaired or I should b paid my money back or my mobile should be replaced by any other mobile of its equivalent price
