I have made online transaction at Merchant Site(M/s.Flipkart.com) on 6.10.2014 under EMI option. It is very unfortunate that i have debited full amount(Rs.5999) instead of EMI. Due to other reasons i have cancelled the order and in result of that the Merchant (Flipkart.com) has returned the amount(Rs.5999). Even though I have not purchased any item and the amount has been returned by the merchant(M/s.Flipkart.com), they have taken the amount of Rs.5999 as a loan and debited Rs.1042 as a First month EMI. After a compliant made the loan cancelled but the first month EMI not refunded. In spite of repeated complaints over the phone and in email the amount is yet to be refunded by the bank.
