Greetings for the day ! I have ordered “Whirlpool NEO IC255 CLS PLUS 3S 242 L Double Door Refrigerator” and while it was clearing written on the web page that “10% off on saved Debit card ordered through App”. However when I order it did not provide the said 10% off. When contacted customer care they are clearly saying the offer is not valid post 30th April 2014. However even now at 3:06pm on 1st May 2015 the product has same offer but customer care is saying its not valid. Order no – OD002727696583443000

This has resulted in loss if more than 1600Rs. Also they are asking me to get the evidence or proof where as the same is available on their web site.
