I ordered a pair of formal shoes from flipkart. As the size i got was larger than what i wear, i returned the product. I was promised refund of the money in 5-7 days. but till date i have not been refunded. I have mailed them numerous times regarding refund but they have paid no heed. I have mails and text messages as a proof in which they have said that they will refund the money but till date they are not even bothering to respond.

I demand full compensation for what Flip kart did,along with the refund.I also want flip kart to apologise publicly and on my mail personally.not only me but there are other sufferers of their services as well. Message should be sent clearly to them.
