Complanit about Flipkart: I had brought Mobile “Moto E” on Flipkart on their offerday”Big Billion Day” through Order ID : OD300944860784811100 for 1500/- each (Rs 3000/- for two Moto E). On same day i purchased total Rs 43333/- items from its website. On very next time they confirmed that seller accepted to despatch MOTO E (of rs 1500 each). On Next day, around 1’o clock they informed in my account without calling that we are not able to provide you mobile. I would like to mentoin that i had purchased MOTO E @ Rs 5499/- also on same day. They had despacthed as same as it was costly. But of discounted item they refused to give. When i contacted them for cancel all my order then they say our punch line for Big Billion day was : NO Return and Cancellation”. Hence they are refusing to give me my mobile. But on newspaper, TV ads they were claiming the offer day and grab items from its website on discounted price. Now they are refusing to give. Please help us.

1) I want my two MOTO E Mobile as already placed under order ID OD300944860784811100 on Flipkart. 2) Damages for harassing as may be decided by Govt Authority.
