I had bought a USB pen drive from flipkart which stopped working suddenly. It was under warranty period so I made a request to avail warranty. Initially flipkart service team responded well and gave me some address in Nehru place to avail warranty. However when I went to the shop, they replied that they do not deal with pen drive issues and advised to contact flipkart. When I did, I got another address and I called on the number before visiting the place and got replied that they do not have the same product which I was using but offer another product using warranty condition. When I contacted to flipkart that I would like to replace with the same product so please advised me for the action, I got no reply in return of that mail, After waiting about 1 month, I dropped a mail again to customer service and asked for assistance. I got reply that the issue will be resolved with in 2-3 days and someone will contact but It did not happen and I am still waiting. Then I decided to bring the case to consumer forum.
At least the product I am using should be replaced and the brand should be fined for the improper services which causes the customers to become very sensitive for buying online products.
