Order Delivery:My order is delayed [Incident: 141020-020661]: Order number : OD201025291981732600 Truly speaking I am really feeling harassed by the behavior of the flipkart customer service and the overall experience given by the company. Just to give you a brief about the WOW** service offered to me: I placed an order on 16 th Oct and I being a flipkart first customer should have been receiving my product by 18 th or 19 th as per your policy (since this product was flagged as “fastest delivery available by ws retailer) – I wrote a mail on 20 th Oct and the reply received was “ I would like to inform you that, as a Flipkart First Customer, If you want to select Same Day Delivery service for this particular product, you have to pay Rs 70/- along with your product price value. Also, If you want to select Next Day Delivery, the delivery will be free of cost for you. I regret to inform you that you have not opted for Next Day Delivery or Same Day Delivery service for this particular product.” I have been ordering products from flipkart for more than 2 years and never come across the above options but the product was delivered next day I being the Flipkart 1 st Customer. I think your customer care representatives are not aware of the services offered to Flipkart 1 st Customer. In the customer care mail it was committed that I will receive the product by 25 th Oct and to my surprise the product has still not been delivered to me even by 27 th Oct 6 pm (more than 10 days). Now a new commitment that was received is 31 st Oct which is not acceptable under any circumstances as it was a Diwali gift that was supposed to be given to my girlfriend as a Diwali gift. On 28 th Oct a delivery guy visited my place with the product, I was literally surprised as till 27 th Oct your customer care informed to me that the product had been damaged and the same is out of stock and I will receive it by 31 st Oct. Why are you misguiding and cheating the customers by showing that the stock is available online and once ordered it is informed that the product is out of stock. I have rejected the product as the same was not acceptable. Now, after cancellation of the order on 27 th October I have still not received any refund (as it was a prepaid order) for the same, this is purely a case of fraud behavior of your company. I am really feeling frustrated and mentally harassed by the replies / services given to me by the customer care representatives.
Adequate compensation and a sorry mail from the chairman / Customer service head.
