I have ordered a IFB Solo Micro Wave oven on 12th Dec,2014,after getting this product i had gone though the cooking classes provided by IFB(Product Comapny)i found that this product doesn’t server my requirement so on 23rd Dec,14 i had requested Flip kart to Exchange my product with higher version product of same company ,Support team told me to take this issue and sent sms that this issue will be resolved on next 48 Hours but every time company sent sms along with new deadline .on 20th of Jan,15 Company has rejected my exchange request. During in Resolution duration ,Flip kart has lunched a offer on higher version product of IFB Comapny,which was requested by me with 15% Off +10% Instant Cashback on HDFC Card. So i lost this deal because of dealing of Flipkart Technical Team so i an looking for this amount along with product exhange
