Flipkart – Product Not Delivered, No Tracking

I had placed order for MOTO-G on Flipkart’s internet site as per Order No OD40823184560 on Aug 23, 2014, by making 100% payment by Credit Card (EMI option), this order was promptly acknowledged by Flipkart with shipment delivery date of Aug 28, 2014 and sent to address provided during ordering by Gojavas Prepaid Courier (Shipment Tracking ID: BLRKTP108746). It was attempted for delivery on Aug 27, 2014 by Gojavas however could not be delivered because of incorrect branch of Gojavas, on the same day I called and informed Gojavas to correct the pin code from 400709 to 400055. But since Aug 27, 2018, there is no update on the where consignment is lying and when is it expected to be delivered.

Total amount paid to flipkart which is Rs.11999/- and additional Rs.20000/- for causing mental agony and keeping following up with Flipkart and Gojavas
