Hi, I have made online shopping from “http://www.flowersnemotions.com/” on 10/08/2014 and my order nuumber is “Ord1756032255” after making of successful payment, your merchant had not delivered my order yet. I made call to them yesterday 12/08/2014 and he assured me that he is updating me with my order details in 10 minutes but he didn’t. after making several calls to him, he stops answering my call and even i dropped him sms to him but he didn’t replied.

I just don’t want my money back only, but i want to make them lesson learnt for non delivering the order for which they take charges for by penalizing them so that they can never cheat on someone else.
