Dear sir,
I have given the 50000/-Rs in advance to get the car ford figo and the dealer has told me that after 5 days he will give me delivery of car.
now the prob is that i haven’t got good report of the car prom mkt so i have called the dealer that i don’t want the car within 2 days but the dealer is forcing me to take the delivery of the car. i have reciept of payment also and dealer told me that if i don’t want the car in that case i have to bear the most of the amt what i have paid. i didn’t understand why i have to pay fine? if there is charge in that case how much amt i have to pay? the total amt of car is approx 4 lac 50 thousand. is there any possibility of this much of charge?
plz help me sir to get my valueable money back.
