Manufacturing defect of switch for power windows. Noise form car components. Damage to car interiors during service.

The non working of the driver side power window and the switch coming out of the door while trying to open the window distracted attention and resulted in the car collision with the divider. Damaged the from tyre rim and right hand side both wheel caps.

As the car has many defects I would like a new car, and as compensation for all the trauma and mental stress would like an upgraded version of the model. (platinum)
