Hi, I booked Ford Ecosport Ambiente Sea Grey color on 1st Of August, 2013. The dealer verbally promised to give the delivery within 6 to 9 months, but now he asking to wait another 4 months without guarantee of delivery. When I called Ford Customer care, they said it can be delivered only in 2015. However, Nigel Harris, President of Ford India commented on national newspaper on 24th March 2014 that the average waiting time is 3 to 6 months. I have waited more than 9 months now and yet to get the delivery. I called customer care and to dealer again but no action is being taken. Please help me to provide justice for my wait time.

The car (Ford Ecosport) must be delivered to me immediately along with apology and compensation for the wait time and harassment I have gone through dealing with the Ford dealer and Customer Care.
