My Ford figo car (Reg # GJ 05 CR 9657) problems me while gear shifting from 1st gear to 2nd gear, 3rd gear to 2nd gear, I drove my car to King Motors Pvt Ltd, Surat (which is also known as “KING Ford”) who is Authorized Service Provider of all your products. They said that there is a problem with gear box and it will not cover under warranty because of regular services were not conducted by Ford Authorized Service Station. Question come this to you because on 15th April 2004 my car’s cooling fan was replaced with new one due to noise and it was done under warranty by KING FORD. Why Cooling fan was changed in Warranty and now gear box will not be repair or service in Warranty?

They gave estimate of Rs. 33400/- (Rupees Thirty Three Thousand Four Hundred) to repair gearbox.
