I have purchased a Ford Fusion Car & registration number is WB20H4968.Past few years I am facing frequent break down in this car & I keep on spending money in repair/replacement of parts as per the recommendation of Ford India/Ford Dealers at Kolkata but still the problem is not getting addressed.Secondly the spare parts are not available with the dealer resulting I need to keep the car at dealer for several days.3rdly which is major concern the sap rate parts price- The price of each sapare parts of Ford Fusion is very high compared to Maruti,Tata etc.

1.Ford India should depute a good service engineer to understand the exact defect in the Car & recommend how much further I need to spend to set right the car for smooth running 2.Spare Parts Cost- All Sapre Parts of Ford Fusion is 300 to 400% higher compared to other leading company Tata/Maruti.I need spare parts should be at par with market like Maruti/tata 3.Spare Part Availability with Dealer-All parts of the car should be available at the dealer counter so that car repair time can be reduced
