i had booked one suv from ford on 14.7.2013 with a promised waiting time of 6 months.in last month of november i went to take the receipt and further enquire about the delivery,i asked the representative for delivery and he said that if i pay balance cash immediately i would have the car out of turn.i paid them 1,69,000/-and asked for the receipt.now i am being told the person you dealt with has run away and it is not there problem.they are asking me to pay this money again.
i want them to apologise adjust the money that their employee has run away with,pay me damages of 1,00,000/- and deliver the car immediately.
