Dear Sir/Madam, Good Day. I’ve purchased a plot in a project called “Foris Aqua, Kamshet” (http://www.forisaqua.com/contact.php ). I entered into deal dated 24/10/2012 through a marketing company named “Sellandd Marketing Pvt. Ltd.” url – http://www.sellanddmarketing.com/project-forisaqua.html As per the agreed deal, I made all agreed payments i.e. 25% booking amount – Rs. 5,00,000=00 (Five Lakhs) by cheque at the time of deal. Makrand Paradakar from Sellandd Marketing, who committed me to complete all legal registration formalities within 15 days or latest in 1 months time. Since 24/10/2012, I’m following up with various people in Sellandd Marketing (MD – Ravindra Bhate), but nobody is answering to my call neither they bother about to give me a call back nor answer to my emails. Further, I did my research & found property owners contact – Mr. Premchand Ratanchand Javeri, when I called him in March,2013, he said all legal formalities will be completed in 1st week of April,2013 (start of new financial year) & he will give me call once when my turn comes for registration. Since then, I’m whenever I tried to call him he gave me some vague dates & now he is not answering to my call at all, simply ignoring me. The situation is, nobody is picking up my phone / not answering to my emails. By looking at whole scenario, nothing happened even after 7-8 months after making all agreed payment. I’ve sent a letter (attached) to PRJ Infrastructure & Sellandd Marketing Pvt. Ltd. dated 15/06/2013 but I haven’t received any response to it. I’ve strong feeling that they have been cheated me. I would really appreciate if you could assist me to protect my hard earned money. At this time, I’ve invested all my hard earned money and need your attention to get proper verdict & protect my rights & hard earned money. 1. I need proper “registered agreement to sale” to be processed as per the commitments given at the time of the deal. 2. They had given me a guarantee that the value of the property would be doubled within 1/1.5 year. Hence, I would expect double refund on my investments i.e. 10,00,000=00 (Ten Lakhs).
